Payments Policy

We accept secure payments via:

1.2 Secure Processing

All payments are processed via encrypted third‑party payment providers and managed by Squarespace. Slick Moves does not store full credit card information.

Orders will only be shipped once payment has been successfully processed.

1.3 Failed Transactions

If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Please contact your financial institution if issues continue.

Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Locations

Slick Moves currently ships to:

  • Australia

  • New Zealand

We do not currently ship to other international destinations.

2.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

2.3 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where available.

Slick Moves is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

2.4 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

3.1 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase.

3.2 Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Product must not be intentionally damaged

For hygiene reasons, opened products may be assessed prior to approval.

3.3 Faulty Products

If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact hello@slickmoves.com.au within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major faults.

3.4 Return Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

3.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
